to regulate and control the installation, alteration, repair, use, operation and maintenance of low pressure gas piping, venting and appliances, including the placement and installation of propane tanks and containers: CONSOLIDATED FOR CONVENIENCE
to make rules and regulations governing the management, maintenance, improvement, operation, control and use of any real or personal property held for pleasure, recreation, or community use of the public
