ARTICLE 8
INSURANCE
8.1 The Owner will insure, or cause to be insured, the Non-Market Units and all buildings and
structures within the Rental Air Space Parcel to the full replacement cost thereof against
perils normally insured against by reasonable and prudent owners of similar buildings and
lands in Burnaby and those additional policies set out in Appendix B attached hereto.
8.2 Upon request, the Owner will provide to the City proof of insurance coverage required by
section 8.1 of this Agreement.
