The owner, operator or occupier of every facility for the repair, servicing, maintenance or disposal of equipment shall allow the Chief Public Health Inspector access to any equipment, and any appliances and devices used or intended to be used for the repair, servicing, maintenance or disposal of equipment and shall provide such assistance and such operational records as the Chief Public Health Inspector may require so as to enable the Chief Public Health Inspector to conduct tests to determine whether there has been compliance with this Bylaw. 6. Every person who violates any of the provisions of this Bylaw is guilty of an offence and shall be liable to the penalties prescribed by the Offence Act.
